There's a bit of an odd situation here where the -dmg debuff means the set makes somewhat more sense as a Tanker (or Brute) melee set, but the Tanker and Brute versions lack the Concentrated Strike crit resetting Siphon/BU mechanic so it seems like you're not getting the full KM experience there. Something that can role with anything this game throws at it (heck, maybe even PvP). As such, you'll end up seeing a lot of 5-stacks of panacea in an average Regen brute build, and usually you'll want to have a reliably-firing entomb +absorb proc and a force feedback +recharge in your main attack combo somehow, to give yourself a double layer of one-shot protection and tighten up your recharge times a little. the enforcers have two fast recharging, stupidly high damage cones that are actually doing most of your aoe damage and the bruiser drops a foot stomp just cause he is cool like that. Tanks have an easier time of it for sure. But of course that’s horribly impractical because stone armor comes with a lot of significant mobility drawbacks, and because you can point to probably over half a dozen primaries in tanker and build each set Whenever I roll a new character I have to restrain myself from making a Brute. When the bulk of your dps is 60% to 100% better on a Tanker, it's pretty easy to out-pace the Brute - even when your armor set abilities are the same. Objectively Bio is the second squishiest set outside of regen and it lacks the big "oh shoot" powers (tier 9's, MoG, etc). Because you're a Brute, you can taunt things into the Burn patch, or rather the taunt mechanics that come with a Brute's attacks (if not the actual taunt power) mean that Burn doesn't end up scattering The CoH 1 Greyhounds and Puma's out at 10 minutes. Shield's Tier 9 power is a resist buff and +MaxHP buff which ignores +recharge. For PS5, you switch vandal for siren (probably harder to hit slam w/ controller). Footstomp is already God-Tier AOE, and the addition of the Electric Aura makes this character into a cosmic bug-zapper. Titan Weapons is possible, but you may not like the momentum mechanic. TL:DR For zones, it'll work on a stalker due to the nature of stalkers in general, but still isn't that great. However, a farming Tanker doesn't necessarily look much like a farming Brute: The primary Brute farming sets - Radiation and Spines - aren't very good on a Tanker. My thoughts are that it would work great on a Tanker or Brute due to their higher HP caps, thus more regeneration. Having a Tier 9 nuke every fight is awfully nice, too. It almost feels like my hero is dancing, and the different combo attacks make it feel way more engaging to me than most powersets. I love farming and id love to pour some time effort… They also can pick up their melee attacks earlier, getting the Tier 7 at level 24 instead of 28, the Tier 8 at 28 instead of 35, and the Tier 9 at 30 instead of 38. Debuffing and options are one thing that Dual Pistols is good for. The /WP brute just had to eat a lot of blue candy to keep the momentum going, literally. Stylistically Willpower is very hands-off, there's only a couple of click powers in the set, and that's the Tier 8 rez (which many people skip) and the Tier 9 godmode (which is very good for a T9, but it's optional as well). Giana can't be interrupted so her Deception is kinda like Brute Force, she's just buggy and you have to get her close to the door first.
